Departing from Platform Liverpool ONE for the snowy North Pole, the Christmas Express transported guests to a special pop-up polar party with music, glittering decorations and lots to do!
Two Tails partnered with Liverpool ONE to provide a luxury Christmas outdoor experience, with a focus on yuletide theatrics and storytelling. Two Tails conceived, developed, produced, fabricated and realised Liverpool ONE’s exclusive Christmas adventure, including company management and instating Two Tails’ own performance team. Running in both November and December, Two Tails’ incredible team transported guests by a beautiful Christmas Express train to the enchanting North Pole to experience an unforgettable experience.

Together with the jolly Station Master, cheery Station Mistress and the fun team of porters, guests experienced plenty of treats including hot chocolate, postcard decorating, singing, dancing and Christmas stories brought to life with live theatre in the most captivating of winter wonderlands. Children could follow the clues to work out who the Station Master and porters really were… as they all rushed to prepare toys and parcels for Christmas Day.

The Polar Adventure brought thousands of additional people to Liverpool ONE, who all purchased tickets just for the experience. Two Tails loved working with the in-house event team and marketing team.
Upon entry, guests to the North Pole were welcomed by a variety of performers, photo opportunities and festive activities, which would be sure to give guests old and young the Christmas spirit.
Overseeing the production from end-to-end, we took the project from initial blue-sky stages, to scripting, casting, and producing the experience.
