At Selfridges Manchester!
Our inaugural event as Rave-A-Roo license holders was to host a branded Silent Disco at Selfridges, Trafford Centre, as part of their kids festival, Pick + Mix.
Rave-A-Roo has been blazing a trail within the increasingly popular realm of family clubbing. With a residency at London’s legendary Ministry of Sound club, Rave-A-Roo has sold out events nationwide and appeared at some of the UKs most high-profile venues and festivals including Southbank Centre, Eden Project, Festival Number 6 and Wilderness.
Selfridges’ guests were in for a real treat as the kids & toy department was transformed for a very special shopping experience. The challenge was to devise a set that fell within the strict limitations of a public in-store activation yet still captured the high octane energy of the Rave-A-Roo brand. The Silent Disco concept provided the perfect creative solution and made it an innovative and different experience for children.
Rave-A-Roo’s signature host, Jungle Jane, was on hand with her usual hysterical antics to delight all ages. From Drum & Bass Musical Statues to Massive Jungle Dance offs, she brought down the house along with Carl Go and Jade Go from Nick Junior’s family pop group, Go!Go!Go!
