Auditions for Nickelodeon UK Summer tour at Parkdean Resorts
Over four weekends this summer, we will be touring around the UK to Parkdean Resorts holiday parks to create the Nickelodeon Weekenders. The weekenders are 3-day experiences to celebrate Nickelodeon and are set to provide fun-filled moments and create unforgettable memories for guests.
We are looking for performers, stage managers and technical team to join Team Nick for these events.
Team Nick performers are Nickelodeon’s facilitators of fun for making the world a more playful place.
TEAM NICK HOSTS
Host(s) should be high-energetic performers, who can speak off the top of their head comfortably with some improvisational skills. They should have good stamina and portray a hip, vibrant and healthy look. They must be confident and appropriate for families. They should be skilled at memorizing and delivering scripting, conducting interviews and knowing the right questions to ask. They need to be capable of driving the whole show.
TEAM NICK PERFROMERS
High-energy performers who will assist the show Host in creating an exhilarating environment for the experience. These performers will also be required to be walk-around character performers. It is important that Team Nick know how to bring a character to life, previous work in character costumes is not essential but desired. Please note this is a dancing role.
STAGE MANAGERS AND TECHNICAL TEAM
These roles are less guest facing than the Host or Performer. We are seeking Tour Managers with a technical background which can be our point of contact to run the weekends. They will be responsible for overseeing the load in/out at each venue, and that each weekend is operating efficiently and on time. They should have great personable skills and are able to interface with both staff and guests when required. This role will also be required to keep the Two Tails team updated via reports and that any on-site or health and safety protocol is being followed. The position will also require oversight of petty cash management and touring expenditure tracking. Knowledge of lighting and sound is a plus!

- Full Driving license and ability to confidently drive transit vans (desired but not essential).

Training & Rehearsal Dates: 22nd May – 9th June 2022
Current Tour Dates: 10th – 12th June, 24-26th June, 16-18th September & 23-25th September. Please note, there is the possibility contract is extended over the complete period rather than these select weekends. Please note your availability for the full period.
Weekly fee: Dependant on experience, will be no less than equity approved rates and will include daily PD’s
Accommodation and Travel: Provided by the tour
