Are you an experienced Creative Producer, looking for your next challenge?
We’re looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join our team and help shape and deliver exciting entertainment and experiential projects.
Working closely with our creative, production and operations teams, you’ll play a key role in developing ideas and bringing projects to life, from early-stage pitch concepts through to live delivery.
The Role
• Contribute to the creative development of live events, exhibitions and experiential activations.
• Collaborate on pitch concepts, treatments and creative proposals.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure ideas are ambitious, achievable and commercially viable.
• Help translate creative concepts into deliverable experiences.
• Build strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers and creative collaborators.
• Co-ordinate with creative talent including designers, writers, performers and technical specialists.
• Contribute to visually engaging presentations and pitch decks.
• Support new business development and creative responses to briefs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ experience in creative production, experiential events, live entertainment or show production.
• Strong creative thinking with a passion for live experiences and entertainment.
• Able to work across a variety of budgets and project scales.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with practical delivery.
• Experience working with creative teams and external collaborators.
• Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in delivering family focussed events is desirable.
Technical Skills
• Strong PowerPoint / Keynote presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in graphic or visual design is desirable.
• Experience using with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
Location & Working Style
Our HQ is near London Bridge, with a hybrid (predominantly remote) working approach. The role also involves travel for meetings, installations and event delivery, both in the UK and internationally.
